Mysterious rings spotted by weather satellites, coincide with wild weather?



Meteorologists still do not know what it is, but the weather satellites recorded.
Are "rings" or "spiral" that appear from the west south-west of Australia. One of these "rings" appeared a few years ago, exactly on 15 January 2010. It was huge and concentric, had a diameter of between 200 and 400 km and was moving to the east, between the towns of Kalgoorlie and Boulder. However, even if no cloud and the weather is not interrupted, experts hypothesize that may have been caused by reflection of radar signals. But nevertheless, these hypotheses were discarded by some scientists and experts in climatology. Watch the video below:
