Has Nasa's Curiosity rover spotted a UFO on MARS? Rover images reveals conical object streaking through the sky.

UFO hunters believe that may have found evidence of a UFO streaking through the sky - on Mars.
They claim a picture taken by the Curiosity rover shows a possible extra terrestrial craft.
In the image, a bright object can been seen appearing to leave a trail in the Martian sky.

The video, posted by prolific UFO hunter Streetcap1 uses an image stored on Nasa's servers.
'Enlargement of the object reveals a spherical top cone, a rounded center mass and what looks like some kind of propellant ejecting from its tail,' the Bublews site claims.
'Does Mars have its own space programme?'

According to the ufosightingsdaily site, 'Another UFO was caught in a Mars rover photo.
'If you look at it closely, you see that it has a trail behind it and it looks to be moving to the upper right side of the photo.'

The image is one of several UFO hunters have claimed show mysterious objects in the sky.
However on further inspection many turn out to be meteors in the sky.
One Youtube commenter points this out, saying 'I'm sure they will have a meteor excuse but the trail says otherwise.'
The finding is not Curiosity's first brush with extraterrestrial life - according to some experts.
In May, a science blogger claimed to have spotted a lizard meandering around Mars.
The unknown spotter from Japan alerted Mr Warin of the unusual sight.
The claim, posted on UFO Sightings Daily, caused some excitable conspiracy theorists to fear that Nasa could be planting life on the planet for scientific testing.
‘Then again, is Nasa placing animals from tiny cyogenic chambers inside the rover onto the surface of Mars to conduct tests?' he continued.
Curiosity landed on Mars on August 6, 2012, and has spent its time investigating and analysing the landscape and geology of the red planet.
The $2.5 billion rover was sent to the planet to assess if the planet most like Earth has or ever had the chemical ingredients and environments for microbial life.

Florida photo capture looks like disc UFO

An Orlando, FL, witness reported a possible UFOcaptured on a digital camera after shooting a series of sky images from the World Center Marriott Resort, according to January 27, 2014, testimony in Case 53770 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness only noticed "a curving brighter line in the clouds" at 7:11 a.m. on January 24, 2014, while taking a series of three images in a panorama style, thought it was a jet contrail, and only noticed the odd photo days later on the computer.
"When I blew the image up to 1:1 pixel view I was astounded to see that my 'contrail' was actually a sharply defined disc resting in the clouds about 15-20 degrees above the horizon," the witness stated. The disc was tilted toward me, the top partially obscured by the clouds but the bright edge of the disc very clearly visible."
The witness submitted Image 1 and Image 2 with theMUFON report.
"The image was taken with an Olympus OM-D E-M5 using an Olympus 14-150mm lens at 14mm. The E-M5 is a micro 4/3 camera and the short side of the image at 14mm covers approx 45 degrees. By laying a grid over the image I was able to determine that the diameter of the disc was covering approximately 2 degrees. Guesstimating that the object might be as much as 5-10 miles away I concluded that the size of the disc might be about 850-1700 feet. The image of the disc appears on two of the three overlapping images I made for the pano. There are only a few seconds elapsed between the two images and the disc shows no apparent motion. I am attaching the jpeg image of the pano I created along with a 1:1 pixel crop of the area showing the disc which is located at the lower left of the pano."
Florida is a current UFO ALERT 3 rating, with a high number of UFO sightings nationally. Florida had 33 reports in December 2013 - while California had 68 reports - the highest reporting state in the nation.

Ruins of Bustling Port Unearthed at Egypt's Giza Pyramids.

The remains of a bustling port and barracks for sailors or military troops have been discovered near the Giza Pyramids. They were in use while the pyramids were being built about 4,500 years ago.
The archaeologists have been excavating a city near the Giza Pyramids that dates mainly to the reign of the pharaoh Menkaure, who built the last pyramid at Giza. Also near the pyramids they have been  excavating a town, located close to a monument dedicated to Queen Khentkawes, possibly a daughter of Menkaure. The barracks are located at the city, while a newly discovered basin, that may be part of a harbor, is located by the Khentkawes town.
Several discoveries at the city and Khentkawes town suggest Giza was a thriving port, said archaeologist Mark Lehner, the director of Ancient Egypt Research Associates. For instance, Lehner's team discovered a basin beside the Khentkawes town just 1 kilometer (0.62 miles) from the nearest Nile River channel. [See Photos of Amazing Discoveries at Giza's Pyramids]

This basin may be "an extension of a harbor or waterfront," Lehner said at a recent symposium held here by the Society for the Study of Egyptian Antiquities. Lehner said his team also found at Giza charcoal remains of cedar, juniper, pine and oak, all trees that grew in a part of the eastern Mediterranean called the Levant, along with more than 50 examples of combed ware jars, a style of pottery from that region. Additionally, large amounts of granite from Aswan, located on ancient Egypt's southern border, have long been known to be at Giza, and these could have been brought down the Nile River to Giza's port.
"Giza was the central port then for three generations, Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure," said Lehner in his presentation, referring to the three pharaohs who built pyramids at Giza.
A military presence
Where there is a port there are sailors. At the city the archaeologists found evidence that a series of long buildings called "galleries" held troops who could have participated in voyages to the Levant and possibly guarded VIPs while at Giza. These galleries were about 23 feet (7 meters) high and each set was at least 113 feet (34.5 meters) long, north to south.
Archaeologists once assumed galleries like these held pyramid workers, something that recent discoveries call into question; in recent excavations of the galleries Lehner's team found charcoal remains from wood, particularly cedar, that was originally from the Levant. [Photos: The Lost City of the Pyramid Builders]
"What was all this cedar from the Levant doing in a common workers barracks?" Lehner asked. In fact, these troops are represented in the tombs of highly placed officials and in pyramid temples. "You have representations of these gangs, these troops, repeated over and over again," he said, adding that the word for them can be translated as "escort" or "the following." Each individual gallery could hold about 40 people comfortably, which is a unit these troops could be organized into, Lehner said.
"I wonder if we are basically seeing barracks not of the workers, but of elite crews of ships," Lehner said. A pharaoh named Sahure had images in his valley temple (part of his pyramid complex) of troops near the king's "ship of state," he noted.
Lehner's suspicions that the galleries were meant for troops were reinforced in 2012 when the archaeologists discovered a broken hippo hip. In ancient Egypt, hippos were considered nuisances, as the animals ate crops at night. "The young troops go out and they harpoon them and spear them," he told the Toronto audience.
There's actually a ritual in which a captured and bound hippo is harpooned to death. This ritual could have taken place at Giza at a public place such as the harbor, the hippo meat (apparently quite tasty) being consumed afterwards by the troops in the galleries.
These troops didn't always get the best food. The hippo meat would have been a nice respite from their everyday diet. The bones the archaeologists found in the galleries indicate they consumed lots of goat and sheep as well as oily, bony, catfish, said Richard Redding, chief research officer at Ancient Egypt Research Associates, in another symposium presentation. The troops didn't get as much cattle or Nile perch, which were considered the more desirable forms of meat and fish.
Redding is also a research scientist at the Kelsey Museum of Archaeology at the University of Michigan.
Where are the pyramid builders?
The recent discoveries at Giza leave a mystery in their wake: Where were the dwellings of the pyramid builders, the regular workers, located?
The answer may be on the pyramids themselves. "We could probably be correct imagining workers staying on the immense ramps, on the unfinished pyramid as it rose," said Lehner in an email to LiveScience, adding that they could also have been living in the quarries in simple dwellings akin to "lean-to's."
The remains of these workers can be found in ancient dumps near the pyramids. "In 2004 we helped the Giza inspectors salvage material from an immense dump off the northern side of the Great Pyramid," said Lehner in the email. "We did not find remains of workers huts or lean-to's, but we did find old cattle bone, strips of cloth, rope and string of all gauges, fragments of wood, including part of a hammer, and other material of the workers."

NASA to Make Water on the Moon and Oxygen on Mars.

NASA is planning missions to demonstrate how to make water on the moon and oxygen on Mars.
We need gravity: It anchors us. But the gravity we experience on Earth is very different from the gravity on the moon, and both, it turns out, can fluctuate due to a number of things!
NASA/GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER/DLR/ASU
The initiatives are part of an evolving space exploration strategy that relies on indigenous resources, primarily to make rocket fuel for the return trip home.
Studies show the most viable options for future human expeditions to Mars -- as well as Mars sample return missions -- require what is known as “in-situ resource utilization,” or IRSU, to save the enormous costs of launching everything from Earth.
“Every pound that you don’t have to launch from the Earth of dumb mass -- things like water and air and propellant -- means that you can add a pound of intelligent mass -- an experiment, a computer, something designed to accomplish some job or give us some capability,” lunar geologist Paul Spudis, with the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston, told Discovery News.
“Doing ISRU gives you incredible leverage because you’re changing the fraction of intelligent-to-dumb mass on your spacecraft in favor of the intelligent part,” he said.
The first in-space ISRU test is targeted for 2018. NASA plans to launch a mission called Resource Prospector that includes a rover with instruments to scout for telltale hydrogen, drill out samples, heat them and scan for water vapor and other volatiles on the moon.
Vapor also could be re-condensed to form a drop of water.
“A lot of the technologies have broader use than just lunar ... it’s just a convenient location to be testing the ISRU technology,” said Jason Crusan, director of Advanced Exploration Systems at NASA headquarters in Washington DC.
A second ISRU experiment is due to be aboard NASA’s next Mars rover, which is slated for launch in 2020. The device, which has yet to be selected, would pull carbon dioxide from the planet’s atmosphere, filter out dust and other particles and prepare the gas for chemical processing into oxygen.
The demonstration also could include actual oxygen production.
“It’s basic chemistry,” Spudis said. “The real issues are not the basic process. The issues are what are the unforeseen things about the environment, about being in space, being on the moon, being on Mars, that we don’t know or we don’t anticipate that are going to impact that production.”
If successful, scientists hope ISRU technologies will evolve past demonstrations and into operational missions.
“There’s an inherent risk of putting ISRU in the critical path of mission success, so it’s been stated that you need to do demonstrations. That said, a lot of times funding is associated only with things that are in the critical path for human missions. So we’ve been kind of in a catch-22,” said Gerald Sanders, who oversees ISRU programs at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.
“The important of a mission like Resource Prospector or the Mars 2020 (ISRU demonstration) is that it kind of breaks that cycle, the paradigm,” he said. “If it pans out, you can start seriously thinking about how you would change your exploration approach.”

Lawsuit Alleges NASA Is Failing To Investigate Alien Life.

You may recall, NASA recently announced that a strange rock had somehow "appeared" in front of its Mars Opportunity rover. The explanations for the mystery rock were straight-forward: maybe some kind of nearby impact sent a rock toward the rover, or, more likely, the rover knocked the rock out of the ground and no one noticed until later.
Not so, says self-described scientist Rhawn Joseph, an author of trade books on topics rangingfrom alien life to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. (Sample article: "Dreams and Hallucinations: Lifting the Veil to Multiple Perceptual Realities.") The rock was a living thing, and he's filed a lawsuit to compel NASA to examine the rock more closely. Joseph is involved with theJournal of Cosmology, online publisher of some very controversial papers. In fact, this isn't the first report of alien life to come out of the journal.
For the record: NASA has identified it as a rock. A very special rock, with rare properties, even. But definitely a rock.
Okay? Good.
The lawsuit, filed yesterday in a California court, is aimed at NASA and its Administrator, Charles Bolden, requesting that the agency "perform a public, scientific, and statutory duty which is to closely photograph and thoroughly scientifically examine and investigate a putative biological organism." Joseph is disputing the rock theory, since, "when examined by Petitioner the same structure in miniature was clearly visible upon magnification and appears to have just germinated from spores." (Joseph is the Petitioner.) The "rock," according to the lawsuit, was there the whole time, it just grew until it became visible. "The refusal to take close up photos from various angles, the refusal to take microscopicimages of the specimen, the refusal to release high resolution photos, is inexplicable, recklessly negligent, and bizarre," according to the suit.
Joseph has contacted multiple NASA employees and provided them with said evidence, according to the lawsuit, but they have failed to respond. Outrage. Here are his requests of NASA:
Petitioner has specifically requested and has demanded in writing the following of NASA, NASA’s chief administrator Bolden, and NASA’s rover team: A) take 100 high resolution close-up infocus photos of the specimen identified in Sol 3540, at various angles, from all sides, and from above down into the "bowl" of the specimen, and under appropriate lighting conditions which minimize glare. B) Take a minimum of 24 microscopic in-focus images of the exterior, lip, walls, and interior of the specimen under appropriate lighting conditions. C) NASA, and the rover team must make public and supply Petitioner with all high resolution photos and images of that specimen as demanded in A and B.

Proof of Ancient Aliens in the National Museum of Iraq?

One of the most amazing, inspiring museums a lot of people will (sadly) never get to visit is the National Museum Of Iraq in Baghdad.
It has collections that include art and artifacts from ancient Sumerian, Babylonian, Akkadian, Assyrian and Chaldean civilizations - collections that put the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Louvre to shame. And, despite being looted in 2003, it also has the Nimrud gold collection--which features gold jewelry and figures of precious stone that date to the 9th century BCE--and the collection of stone carvings and cuneiform tablets from Uruk that date back to 3500 and 3000 BCE.
Basically, there's some old, ancient shizz in there. And amongst the old, ancient art are some jars with some really weird, unexplained figures on them.
I found this guy (above), let's call him Xorx, on some pottery in a back room in the Museum. Due to some looting and the place being a general mess, the jar was marked "4000 - 6,000 BC" and they left it at that. Now, I know that artwork back then wasn't exactly realistic but, seriously, WTF? They drew what they knew - and this does not look human. I don't care what your Uncle Bubba says.
Let's look a closely at Xorx.
Large bulging eyes: Check.
Weird wiggly arms: Check.
No Hair: Check.
More than five fingers (or is that less?): Check.
No lips: Check.
Weird elongated body: Check.
Therefore, Xorx is an alien.
Okay, fine. I'm not nuts. Nor am I a faithful watcher of the (new) History Channel. I'm just saying there's some weird, unexplained art in the National Museum of Iraq in Baghdad.
Click here for more more extraterrestrial art (and some of the other jaw dropping pieces found in the Museum).
Because, If this ain't proof of aliens, I don't know what is.

UFO Discovered In The Mars Sky, UFO Sighting News.

Another UFO was caught in a Mars rover photo. If you look at it closely, you see that it has a trail behind it and it looks to be moving to the upper right side of the photo.
