A Second Source of Light detected by the Rover. Curiosity Sol 568.

Two different places, in two different Sols and two different sources of light...

This one looks remarkably similar to the first one that everyone was buzzing about last week. That one was explained away by NASA and other experts as being a "cosmic ray" being in the right place at the right moment to coincide with the camera snapping a photo, which is why it only appeared on one camera. Upon further reading in the thread, this second example of the mystery light source also only appears on the right camera and not the left, exactly as it does in the first photograph. Perhaps that indicates a technical issue with the right camera?

Not unless it is also affecting the left camera too, as fellow ATSer Phage shows an example of a cosmic ray hit that happens to be on the left camera.

Now we have three images that show three different cosmic ray hits on both cameras. So, what's more likely here, that cosmic rays have overcome astronomical odds to appear at the exact moment the cameras snap photos or that a Martian lifeform is shooting flares to get our attention? For now, we're going to go with a little from column A and a little from column B, with a big dose from column C: We have no idea.

NEW EVIDENCE EMERGES THAT MONROE PLANNED TO REVEAL JFK SAW CRASHED UFOS

New evidence has just been released supporting the authenticity of a leaked CIA document allegedly of wiretaps of Marilyn Monroe and her friends shortly before her suspicious death on August 4, 1962. The wiretap document revealed that Monroe was planning to give a press conference about what President Kennedy had told her of a visit to an undisclosed Air Force facility where he saw the debris of a crashed UFO. The Monroe wiretap document was first leaked in 1992 to a UFO researcher, and was made public in 1994. It has not been confirmed by the CIA to be genuine, and remains open to dispute. The new evidence that was revealed yesterday shows that the leaked document conforms closely to a standard classified Information Report form used by the CIA in 1963. Either someone broke the law by forging or using a standard CIA Information Report form for classified reports at the time of Monroe’s death, or the Monroe wiretap document was indeed a classified report about a wiretap of Monroe and her friends.

This is what the alleged CIA wiretap document, dated August 3, 1962, had to say about Monroe’s knowledge of Kennedy and UFOs:

Rothberg indicated in so many words, that she [Monroe] had secrets to tell, no doubt arising from her trists [sic] with the President and the Attorney General. One such “secret” mentions the visit by the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things from outer space. 2. Subject repeatedly called the Attorney General and complained about the way she was being ignored by the President and his brother. 3. Subject threatened to hold a press conference and would tell all.

The discoverer of the CIA intelligence report is Lee Nicholson from the Outpost Forum. In his April 14 forum post he described what he found after visiting the CIA’s electronic reading room:

During the process of researching this article I spent several hours at the CIA’s electronic reading room looking at documents from the 1960s, in an attempt to find examples of similar typeface to that seen in our questioned document …. I discovered a CIA Information Report dated 18th March, 1963 with the subject heading: “Projected Soviet Space Launchings” which was declassified on the 16th of July 2011. This authentic CIA information report is an almost perfect match in style and presentation for the leaked ‘Marilyn document’.

Nicholson went on to describe new facts emerging from a comparison between the declassified CIA document and the Monroe wiretap document:

In fact a close comparison gleans some important new facts. Firstly, we can now see that both documents use the exact same form letter or template information report. Presumably the author would have a stack of these ‘blank’ forms which would be placed into a typewriter to add the relevant information before classification and distribution. We can also see that both documents contain the same secondary typeface, which is in fact Courier type commonly used on IBM typewriters in the 1960s.

Nicholson then described a series of parallels between the declassified 1963 Information Report and the leaked Monroe wiretap document. His conclusion was that they closely matched suggesting that the Monroe document is genuine.

The implications of the Monroe wiretap document being genuine are astounding. It reveals that only one day before her death, Monroe was planning a press conference that would reveal what President Kennedy had confidentially told her about UFOs. The fact that the CIA was monitoring her and wiretapping her phone calls, directly implicates the CIA in her suspicious death and the cover-up of information concerning UFOs.

A little boy referred to in case studies as “Sam,” showed convincing evidence that he is the reincarnation of his grandfather. Sam was 18 months old when his father was changing his diaper. Sam told his father, “When I was your age, I used to change your diaper.”

Dr. Jim B. Tucker at the Psychiatric Department of the University of Virginia explained Sam’s story in a video posted on the university website. Tucker has explored 2,500 cases of children remembering their past lives.

He explained that Sam made some startling statements while looking at an old photo album.

Sam was 4 years old when his grandmother died. His father brought an old photo album home from her house when he cleaned it out. To Sam’s parents’ knowledge, Sam had never seen a photo of his grandfather.

When they were looking through the album, Sam pointed to a photo of a car, and said “That’s my car.” It was his grandfather’s first car, one he’d been quite attached to.

Sam’s mother was skeptical—not predisposed to believe in reincarnation as a Baptist.

She tested him. She showed him a photo of his grandfather as a young boy with other boys of the same age. Sam pointed to his grandfather and said, “There I am.”

She corrected him and said, that’s your grandfather. “No, that’s me,” he replied.

Tucker said he looked at the photos and he would not have been able to tell which of the boys in the photo was the grandfather having seen other photos of the grandfather.

Testing it further, Sam’s mother asked if he remembered anything else from his past life. He said someone “turned my sister into a fish.”

“Who?” Sam’s mother asked. “Bad men.”

The grandfather’s sister had been murdered and her corpse was dumped in a body of water. Sam’s father said the boy would not have heard this story.

Dr. Michael Shermer, publisher of Skeptic Magazine, asked in the video: “How do we know these things actually happened?”

He said Sam’s case and the thousands of similar cases are based on anecdotes told by the parents, and events can sometimes become distorted when told by an excited parent. Also, parents may influence the children in various ways.

Tucker took parental enthusiasm into account, however. He recorded the initial attitude of parents and found no correlation between that attitude and what the children reported.

Some children have given detailed reports of the locations they lived in previous lives. Visiting the sites, researchers have verified that people had recently died in the areas and that those people’s lives fit the descriptions given by the children.

THE NASA CONSPIRACY

Donna Hare had a secret clearance while working for NASA contractor, Philco Ford.

She states that UFOs were routinely airbrushed out of high altitude photos of the Earth before being released to the public.

“We always airbrush them out before we release them to the public,” one technician told her.

Curious, she began asking around the agency.

“A guard told me he was asked to burn some photographs and not to look at them,” she said.

“And there was another guard guarding him, watching him burn the photographs. He looked at one and it was a picture of a UFO and he immediately was hit in the head and had a big gash in his forehead.”

Apollo astronauts, she said, had spotted UFOs, but they “are told to keep this quiet and not to talk about it.”

Karl Wolf:

Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force for 4 and a half years beginning in January 1964. He had a top secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia.

While working at a NSA facility he was shown photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed detailed artificial structures. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969.

Edgar Dean Mitchell, Sc.D.

Mitchell is an American pilot, retired Captain in the United States Navy and NASA astronaut.As the lunar module pilot of Apollo 14, he spent nine hours working on the lunar surface in the Fra Mauro Highlands region, making him the sixth person to walk on the Moon.

Here he explains the UFO Cover-Up in less than five minutes. Item used is an extract from the documentary film “The Phoenix Lights, We Are Not Alone.”

Gordon Cooper:

Cooper was one of the original Mercury Seven astronauts and the last American to fly into space alone.

In his testimony he recounts how he observed UFOs flying in the same formation as his fighter group over the skies of Germany. These UFOs made maneuvers that could not be done by conventional fighters.

At another time, while filming conventional aircraft performing precision landings, a saucer flew directly overhead and landed ahead of them on a dry lakebed. The entire event was filmed including detailed close-ups. The film was sent back to Washington and was never returned.

What is the Wallis UFO? Young mother tells how mystery object sped off before her eyes

A young mother has told how she saw a mysterious silver object hovering in the sky above her house this morning.

Elyse O'Neill, 26, took these photographs on her smart phone after spotting what she described as a car-sized, silvery object above her back garden in Wallis, Pembrokeshire, early today.

The mother-of-one said she watched as the UFO split into two, reconnected, and then flew off.

She said: 'I was standing in the garden at 6.45am smoking a cigarette when this thing shot across from the moor over on the right, and stopped right in front of me.

'It was so bizarre, it took my breath away.

'I ran inside to get my phone. There wasn't enough battery left to film it, but there was enough to take pictures, so I started snapping away.

'It was hovering, spinning like a top, and as I watched it, it split up vertically into two pieces.'

She added: 'I'm a country girl and I know what sheep sound like, but the sheep in the field beyond were making a horrible, high pitched sound all the time it was there.

'Slowly, the two pieces joined back together and then about 15 seconds later it just shot off straight up into the sky - in the blink of an eye.

'I've never seen anything move so fast. I've seen a shooting star before and it was faster than that - there's no way it could be man-made, it moved too fast.

'As soon as it went, the sheep fell silent. It was chilling.'

Miss O'Neill, who works as a horse-trainer, showed her photographs to relatives, who told her that her own aunt and grandmother had experienced unexplainable sightings over the same moor, thought only at night.

But she remains skeptical about what she saw.

'I can't explain it,' she said. 'It moved too fast to be of this earth, but I don't believe in aliens.'

Nick Pope, an expert on UFOs and a former government adviser on unexplained phenomena, said: 'This is truly bizarre and what makes it particularly mysterious is the description of the way the object moved from a hover to a high speed in an instant.

'This rules out most of the conventional explanations such as aircraft lights, a meteor/fireball, or a Chinese lantern.

'Perhaps it was some new secret, prototype spy plane or drone, but if not, it's a genuine mystery. It would be fascinating to find out if anything unusual was tracked on radar.'

Yesterday schoolgirl Georgina Heap, 16, told how she saw a mysterious black ring in the sky above Leamington Spa.

Miss Heap, who videoed the ring on her phone as she watched it with friends, said it floated 'like a cloud' before disappearing.
