Mysterious objects filmed near International Space Station send UFO watchers into frenzy

The first sighting of several white orbs was seen on Aug. 4 by eagle-eyed UFO watchers hooked 

on monitoring NASA's live webcam. Blogger Scott Waring, of UFO Sightings Daily, was one of 

the first to point out the Aug. 4 appearance while describing it as a 'glowing disk.'

Tattoo guests spot UFO over Edinburgh Castle

Edinburgh’s famous military Tattoo is often billed as out of this world - but a mysterious sighting has given that phrase a whole new meaning.

Tourists queuing for the spectacle spotted an unusual sight in the skies above the Castle – and it wasn’t a jet flypast or an exotic bird.

The oddly-shaped light in the sky was captured by Catherine Stuart and her mother Susan, who were in the queue for Saturday’s late-night Tattoo, just before 10.30pm.

Ms Stuart, who lives in London but is originally from South Africa, said she had no explanation for the strange apparition, which disappeared soon after they photographed it.

The 31-year-old said she thought the “weird” object was a bird at first.

She added: “It was very strange to see because when we looked at it again it didn’t look like a bird.

“It was hovering around and then it disappeared. It was a weird shape, like a square light. I have no idea what it was.”

But rather than off-the-wall theories about alien activity, there may be a perfectly logical explanation – which still involves space. It is likely that the sighting could actually be the International Space Station, which has been spotted by several people in the city over recent days.

There have also been reported sightings of the ATV-5 cargo space ship.

Nasa’s “spot the station” website, which gives detailed information about the optimum times to spot the ISS over the Capital’s skies, said that residents have a chance of getting a glimpse for up to five minutes at a time, until

August 21.

It has been visible from particular co-ordinates in the city since Wednesday.

Meanwhile, taster sessions of the Tattoo are being run in Stirling today as part of a scheme to bring a taste of Edinburgh’s world-famous show to other Scottish cities.

There will be a short parade from Stirling’s Albert Halls, before 600 performers from this month’s sold-out spectacle assemble in Port Street.

The hour-long tasters of the 2014 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo – featuring the Trinidad and Tobago Steel Orchestra, South Africa’s iNgobamakhosi Zulu Dancers and the Massed Pipes and Drums – were held in Glasgow last week, and will arrive in Dundee next week.

Mike Cantlay, chairman of VisitScotland, said: “A taste of the Tattoo with the stunning backdrop of historic Stirling will be a spectacular sight to behold and as a local, I very much look forward to experiencing the amazing talent on show as they perform to what is always a very enthusiastic crowd.

This is a unique and wonderful celebration of Homecoming, and we hope visitors and residents alike enjoy a taste of one of the biggest events in Scotland’s year – the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.”

Is this 'Bigfoot'? Skateboarder captures mysterious creature on video at US lake

YouTube user Couch Potato was skateboarding with friends in Lake Tahoe with a head-mounted camera when he captured footage of the creature

A US skateboarder claims he has filmed a video of the mythical Bigfoot.

YouTube user Couch Potato was skateboarding with friends in lake Tahoe with a head-mounted camera when he captured footage of the creature.

“I didn’t notice the Bigfoot-like creature until I got home several days later and watched my videos,” he said.

The recording, initially consisting of seven minutes of footage but later edited to about a minute, was sent to The Paranormal Review, a YouTube channel “devoted to analysing paranormal activities and breaking them down”.

The video shows a dark silhouette standing between the trees by the left side of the road.

“The dark area in the bush was something that we noticed," said the owner of the channel.

"Couch Potato didn’t say anything about it when he contacted us. I don’t know if it is the supposed creature or not.

"Who knows if it is legitimate or not?"

Lake Tahoe is a freshwater lake located along the border between California and Nevada and is considered the largest alpine lake in North America.

Similar sightings have taken place in the area. In 2012, a man claimed to have filmed “what appears to be a Bigfoot” and recorded “its voice yelling”.

Martian trees and Shrubs? The Most Mysterious Anomalies of Mars.

A 300-Year-Old Mexican Jesus Statue Has Real Human Teeth, X-Rays Show

The restoration of a venerated 18th century statue of Christ in Mexico has revealed a somewhat creepy detail — the figure contains real human teeth, and the chompers appear to be in pristine condition.

Researchers at Mexico’s National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) said this week they made the discovery after performing X-rays on the Lord of Patience, as the figure is known, during a restoration operation.

The fangs are only slightly visible through Christ’s open lips, but anthropologists said X-rays showed the eight teeth are complete and intact, all the way to the root.

The 3'8" tall icon — depicting a patient, pained Christ resting momentarily during the Passion — is usually seated in a church in San Bartolo Cuautlalpan, a town of 10,000 in the municipality of Zumpango, about 30 miles north of Mexico City.

“It is common for statues to have teeth, but they are normally made of wood or carved individually out of bone,” said Fanny Unikel, a Mexican art restorer, in statements made to INAH. “In this case, he has eight adult teeth. You can even see the roots.”

Unikel, from Mexico’s National School of Conservation, Restoration and Museology, said the teeth were most likely donated out of gratitude, or as a way to get closer to the religious figure, adding that it is historically common for parishioners to donate clothes or their own hair to make wigs for saints, for example.

The Lord of Patience statue has been venerated in San Bartolo Cuautlalpan for centuries, although the exact date it was made or its authorship remain unknown. INAH dates it to the 18th century and the Colonial Era, when Mexico was referred as New Spain and the Catholic Church’s missionary work — and its Inquisition — expanded northward to what is now the Southwest United States.

Unikel said the Lord of Patience in the San Bartolo church is very well preserved. “The sculpture is always dressed,” Unikel explained. “He only leaves the church during Holy Week, when he is paraded through the town.”

It is common throughout Mexico’s rural communities to carry venerated figures through the streets on holidays, followed usually by a celebratory parade of townspeople in costumes, depictions of saints, and occasionally, heavily decorated animals.

Some of the Lord of Patience’s original green tinges on his skin, as well as blood-red hues, were discovered underneath a “modern beige retouching,” and have now been recovered. Unikel does not believe, however, that the teeth belonged to a important religious figure from the period, but rather they were used because they were available.

“The community really appreciates him, and this can be seen in the base of the sculpture, where there are different layers of multiple shades of paint,” Unikel told INAH. “This shows that they wanted to present him with dignity.”

According to the INAH statement, the Lord of Patience and his human teeth is already back in San Bartolo and resting, as he has done for years, in the village church.

Stanford Scientists Observe Man Travel Out of His Body and Into Space – What He Saw Was Remarkable

NASA’s Pioneer 10 spacecraft was launched into space in 1972. It was the the very first spacecraft to fly directly through the asteroid belt and make observations of the biggest planet in our solar system, Jupiter. It was also able to obtain close up images of the planet, something that scientists had never had access to before. (1)

Prior to the flyby of Jupiter by Pioneer 10, the CIA and NSA in conjunction with Stanford University were involved in what was called “Remote Viewing.”  Remote viewing can be defined in multiple ways. It’s the ability of individuals to describe a remote geographical location up to several hundred thousand kilometers away (sometimes even more) from their physical location.(2)(3)(4)

A gentlemen by the name of Ingo Swann was able to successfully describe and view a ring around Jupiter, a ring that scientists had no idea existed. This took place precisely before the first ever flyby of Jupiter by NASA’s Pioneer 10 spacecraft, which confirmed that the ring did actually exist. These results were published in advance of the rings’ discovery. (2)

The successful viewing of the ring by Ingo came after scientists observed him identify physical objects in hidden envelopes that were placed a few hundred kilometers away.

“Successful replication of this type of remote viewing in independent laboratories has yielded considerable scientific evidence for the reality of the [remote viewing] phenomenon. Adding to the strength of these results was the discovery that a growing number of individuals could be found to demonstrate high-quality remote viewing, often to their own surprise. The CIA even participated as remote viewers themselves in order to critique the protocols. “To determine whether it was necessary to have a “beacon” individual at the target site, Swann suggested carrying out an experiment to remote view the planet Jupiter before the upcoming NASA Pioneer 10 flyby. It’s remarkable to think about these extended human capacities, and what we are capable of. At the same time it’s sobering to think about how all of this information isn’t emphasized, and always kept classified and hidden from the human race. It makes you wonder what other information out there remains classified that we don’t know about yet, and what other truths the remote viewing program has uncovered.

The Above Information Was Documented. Here’s What Wasn’t.

Here is a quote from Ingo’s book Penetration, where he goes into detail about phenomenon that was not documented in the literature cited throughout this article.

“It’s one thing to read about UFOs and stuff in the papers or in books. It is another to hear rumors about the military or government having an interest in such matters, rumors which say they have captured extraterrestrials and downed alien space craft. But it’s quite another matter to find oneself in a situation which confirms everything. I found towers, machinery, lights buildings, humanoids busy at work on something I couldn’t figure out (on the back side of the moon)”

The information now available in the public domain regarding the government experiments with remote viewing were declassified in 1995, but who knows how much of the program’s information remains classified. Ingo had expressed that the program was shut down because it was one of the biggest threats to government secrecy.

It’s quite remarkable that this information was kept secret for over 20 years. Prior to 1995, the public had absolutely no idea that this type of thing was going on, it was a special access program, part of the black budget, which still today deals with projects and information the human race knows nothing about.
